我公司是國內唯一家生產硫酸鈣地板基材（木纖維增強石膏板）的廠家，我們在2005年以前主要生產1220*2440*6-20MM厚度的產品，廣氾地應用於建筑、交通、通訊等部門用做非承重牆體材料、裝修間隔板、天花弔頂板、車船隔艙板、活動房牆體板、音響材料、吸音板基材、外保溫牆、防火牆、隔音牆、室內固定式傢具壁櫃和室內裝修的其他基礎材料等。遠銷國內各大城市業及臺灣、中東及歐洲。

產品名稱：20MM以下的通常叫做木纖維增強石膏板（wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board）也叫石膏刨花板(gypsum particle board)西歐及臺灣叫它木石纖維板(bonded wood particle gypsum board) ，自2005年應意大利及國內的一些防靜電地板公司要求，我們開始新增生產20--38MM的板材,用作防靜電地板基材，通常叫做硫酸鈣板基(calcium sulphate baseboard)。

原料購成：由85％的石膏粉(化學分子式CaSo4.1/2H2O也就是半水硫酸鈣，產品也因此而得“硫酸鈣板”一名)+15％的木質纖維，加水后攪拌半干法生產而成，100％不含石棉，100％不含甲醛，100％不含水泥，天邦牌木纖維增強石膏板（又名木石纖維板、硫酸鈣板基）在生成過程中完全不加任何粘接劑，因此板材不會釋放出甲醛等有害氣體，更無石棉成分，對人體健康絕無傷害。酸碱PH值呈中性，為純綠色環保型建材，是建材演進之時世所趨。

性能特點：天邦牌木纖維增強石膏板（硫酸鈣板）具有防火（A級不燃）、隔音（53dB以上）、保溫（10MM導熱係數為0.21W/M.K）、環保等性能，（610*610*25MM以上的板材集中荷載在400公斤以上，平整度在±0.3MM以內），並具有穩定性好，不翹曲、不變形、使用壽命長（號稱百年板材）、易加工等優點，並具有相關檢測報告。

We are the only manufacturer who specialize in producing calcium sulphate baseboard(wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board).Before the year of 2005,we mainly produced the specification of 1220*2440*6—20MM board, which are used as nonbearing partition、partition-wall、ceiling、partition in ship and trailer coach、soundproof and sound insulation baseboard、external-wall for keeping warm、fireproof wall、fitted wardrobe and other for internal decoration by the department of building construct、communication traffic. Product Name: We call it wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board and also gypsum particleboard that the thickness is under 20mm. In west Europe and Taiwan, People always call it bonded wood particle gypsum board. By request of the anti-static insulating floor company in Italy and home from 2005, we begin to produce the boards that the thickness is from 20mm to 38mm as anti-static insulating floor substrate material, they always named calcium sulphate baseboard.

Materials Component : The product which is made of 85% gesso (CaSo4)and 15% wood fiber and water ,using the semi-dry means to produce does not contain asbestos ,formaldehyde and cement at all .Tianbang brand wood-fiber reinforced gypsum board (also called bonded wood particle gypsum board ) does not contain any harmful component for it is not added any adhessive materials in the processing .And the PH value is neutro .It is the the green and environment protection building materials on behalf of the trend of building materials .

Capability and feature:
